One night only. The entire venue goes ultraviolet for Boogie Bar’s annual Glow Up Party — a full-sensory dance event with body paint stations, fluorescent cocktails, and a rotating cast of guest DJs pushing the energy from dusk until the lights come up.
The Setup
Every surface in the venue gets the UV treatment. White fabrics draped across the ceiling glow electric blue. The bar top is lined with fluorescent resin panels. Even the cocktail garnishes phosphoresce under the blacklights. Three body paint stations staffed by local artists will be running all night — walk in wearing black, walk out as a living neon sign.
Music
Three guest DJs rotate through the booth in 90-minute sets, spanning dance pop, electro-house, UK garage, and peak-time bangers. The lineup drops one week before the event on our socials — last year featured sets from VANTA, DJ Miel, and Koko Nites.
Cocktails
The bar team has designed four limited-edition glow cocktails exclusive to this event — each one served in UV-reactive glassware with ingredients that fluoresce naturally. The Reactor (gin, tonic, quinine glow), The Phosphor (vodka, blue curacao, elderflower), and two more revealed on the night.
